We are a family summer swim team that participates in the Prince-Mont Swim League. We are located in Indian Head, MD at the Lackey High School indoor pool.
We are excited to announce we have partnered with the Charles County Department of Parks and Recreation this season to have better facility access and provide a more affordable registration fee for athletes.

Fees - $160/swimmer - we do have scholarships available.
We hold daily practice Monday - Friday (weather permitting).In a practice we may focus on technique, conditioning, and general swim education.
There is no minimum age to join the team but all swimmers must be able to swim 25 meters (the length of the pool) unassisted. The maximum age is 18 (birthdate as of June 1st).
Meets are Saturday mornings and last approximately three hours.
IHST is a part of the Prince-Mont Swim League (PMSL), which was founded in 1959 to sponsor and coordinate age-group competitive swimming programs during the summer months in and among member teams. The intent is to develop in the swimmers participating in this program, a love for the sport, advanced aquatic skills, teamwork, and the principles of good sportsmanship. There are 6 Divisions in the League-divisions are determined every year based on previous season For more information:
