Indian Head Swim Team

You are only to attend one of the practice times listed and it should match the time you signed up for when you registered. If you need to change your practice time, please consult with the coaches to make sure it's ok to change times.

Practices will be held at either:

Donald M. Wade Aquatic Center (DMWAC) ~ 5303 Piney Church Road, Waldorf, MD 20602
La Plata High School Outdoor Pool ~ 6035 Radio Station Road, La Plata, MD 20646

May 26th - June 19^th Swimmers will follow the assigned practice days below.

Monday - Friday
5:30 PM - 6:30 PM @ DMWAC
6:30 PM - 7:30 PM @ DMWAC

- Tue & Thu: Ages 12–18
- Wed & Fri: New swimmers and ages 5–11
