In order to have a successful summer for our swim team we need the help of all our families.

Below is a list of areas we still need help in. Please take a few minutes to look these over and see if there is an area that you would like to help with. We know everyone is very busy and we really appreciate you taking your time to help us have a successful summer season.

Concession Donations Sign Up – We still have some items that are needed for concessions.

1. Log into the website or use the app.
2. On the right hand side of the website look at Upcoming Events
3. Click on Concession Donations
4. Click on the “Job Signup” button
5. Choose any member of your family and click on the ‘Sign Up for Jobs’ button.
6. The list will open for items available for you to contribute. We really appreciate your help!!

Announcer – We still need a parent or swim family friend/relative who is willing to serve as our Announcer for this Saturday’s Swim Meet! Please email [email protected] or let Denise or Leigh know if you would like to be the announcer. We really need your help!

Friday Night/Saturday Morning Meet Set-Up – We need families to help set the pool deck up for Saturday’s meet Friday night. We will try to use our 7 – 8:00 pm swim practice families for this task. Anyone else willing to swing in and assist a little before 8:00 pm is appreciated. Then Saturday morning we need several families to show up at 7:00 am to assist setting up several canopies & tables around the pool along with concessions.

Welcome Poster – Do we have a family/swimmer willing to make a poster welcoming the Accokeek Gators Swim Team to our meet Saturday? They have a logo on their website that could be used on the poster if you’d like. We want to use this poster again at Divisionals to show the section of each team around the pool deck.
