| Good evening, Swim Families! It was a soggy Saturday at NCR, but we yet again managed to hold on to our undefeated title. Great Job Torpedoes! Indian Head: 286 New Carrollton: 240 I am so proud of our swimmers today, I know many people were put in new or not-so favorite events, but we did amazing! We had 22 “best times” for swimmers today and several swimmers were legal in a stroke for the first time! A few shout outs, Alex Nguyen stepped up to fill a spot in our A Medley relay and did amazing, helping to secure a first place! Our hard work is paying off and I am seeing so much improvement!

We took first place with the following relays Male 200 Medley- Lance Gimmel, Devontae Isreal, Trevon Isreal, and Alex Nguyen Female 200 Medley- Abigail Vanasse, Naomi Dugan, Esther Dugan, and Kaylee Alvey Female 200 Free- Olivia Clinch, Rachel Gross, Elizabeth Sylvain, and Esther Dugan Triple Winners: Lucas Reginald Double Winners: Esther Dugan Naomi Dugan Trevon Isreal Elizabeth Nguyen Jackson Walter Single Winners: Alexander Gatchell-Anno Rachel Gross Devontae Isreal Zaria Isreal Selah Navies Alex Nguyen Abigail Vanasse This week's “Swimmers of the Meet” go to Kristina Kerstner and Jacob Reginald, both swimmers work incredibly hard daily and have shown a ton of improvement.
