We will be hosting Northridge on Saturday.

Location: Lackey HS Pool.

0720: Annual Team Photo

0730 - 0750: Warm-Ups - IHST

0800 - 0820: Warm-Ups - Northridge

0800 - Officials'/Timers' Meetings

0825: Anthem

0830: Meet Start

1200: Meet Concludes

Today’s Action Items:

Do these 3 things in SwimTopia by noon
Wednesday:

1. Declare
whether your swimmer(s) will be participating in Saturday’s meet.

2. Pick
which volunteer job your family member(s) will fill at the meet.

3.
Indicate what you would like to donate to concessions.

Home meets are an all-hands-on-deck situation. We have 41
jobs to fill, twice as many as for away meets. We ask that every family provide
at least one volunteer. If your family has not yet volunteered, now is when we
really need you!

The Jobs SignUp contains the concessions donations signup,
so you can do both in the same place.

Know Before You Go:

Arrive
on time: we want to host an outstanding, on-time, smooth running meet!

Spectators
will all sit in the mezzanine; wet swimmers are not permitted there.

Northridge
swimmers will assemble on the right/front bleachers.

Torpedo
swimmers will assemble on the left/back bleachers.

Swimmers
are expected to remain on the bleachers for the duration of the meet.

If
you wish to set up a canopy and chairs on the back patio, you may.

IH
will offer concessions for purchase. Cash only.

Swimmers:
upon arrival check in with Coach to get your race assignments.

Volunteers:
check in with Leigh Sylvain, Meet Manager, about your meet job.

Families
are expected to stay until the end of the meet (unless you have coordinated
with the Coach) as the Coach doesn’t decide who will swim the final relays
until the end of the meet.

Additional Notes:

Friday Night Set-Up: please stay on Friday
night to help set up for Saturday’s meet.

All items you donate to concessions are ones
the team does not have to purchase. We are grateful for all contributions! Any
unsold items will be rolled over to sell at our second (and final) home meet.
Any unsold items from that will be rolled over for all of us to share at our
end-of-season banquet.

We especially need a couple of grill masters. I
believe two Dads named Anthony expressed an interest in this?

We will be taking the team photo on Saturday,
plus individual photos for anyone who wants them! Wear your competition suit
and cap. If you would like to have your individual pictures taken with your
hair down/dry/without your cap, arrive early so Mai can take your photo before
warmups.

Kim will continue to have caps for sale at
morning practice and Trish will have them at meets. Find them if you need a new
cap.

If you expressed interest in a 2^nd
towel purchase and you have not yet made your actual purchase on SwimTopia,
please do so ASAP so we can place the order. Note the name on your towel will
be spelled exactly as you write it here, so double check your spelling.
