Appreciation for your grace and professionalism, vols and swimmers.

Indian Head Swim Team,

We appreciate you guys hosting us this weekend. The heat was brutal, but the competition was great. You guys have gracious volunteers who were a pleasure to serve beside.

While at the meet we had multiple situations that arose with one of our swimmers (BS). We would like to profusely apologize for his behavior to your swimmers, clerk of course, and timers. It is not acceptable for anyone of our swimmers to be physically nor verbally abusive to other swimmers. We want you guys to know he has been penalized for his actions by being ejected from our July 15th meet which also means he will not be at Charles County Champs, Divisionals, and All-Stars.

We would like to commend your swimmers who came in contact with BS. We’ve heard stories about him being rough with some of your guys and they all kept their cool. Most youth today would normally put aggressive kids, even younger ones, in their place. This speaks a lot about their character.

Again, thank you guys for a fun meet and your handling of our unruly swimmer. We'll see you guys at Charles County Champs.

The actions of the BS is not a reflection of our Waves Of Westlake Swim Team.
