Hello Torpedo Families--

Some of us will be representing the team at Divisionals, as shown on the entries list that Coach Mel sent out on Sunday

Important Times:

Arrive: 0730

Warmups: 0800 - 0820 (IHST Lanes 1-3)

Scratch Meeting: 0800

Officials & Timers’ Meetings: 0815

National Anthem: 0825

Start: 0830

Know Before You Go:

Arrive on time.

Each team will have 6 reserved parking spaces in the parking lot.

Others without parking passes will have to park on the street. Please be mindful of homeowners’ driveways.

You may drop off people and gear at the gate and then park.

Bring shade and chairs for your family.

IHST families will set up in the middle of the 5 designated team areas.

Swimmers: upon arrival check in with Coach to get your race assignments.

Volunteers: check in with Leigh Sylvain, Meet Manager, about your meet job.

The Clerk of Course will not come looking for swimmers. The race will proceed without you if you are not there. So, be mindful of your race numbers and listen up for our Team Marshall’s direction.

Families are expected to stay until the end of the meet (unless you have coordinated with the Coach in advance.

Northridge will offer concessions for purchase.

Meet will be posted on the Meet Mobile app. QR codes to locate the meet will be posted at the pool. $5 to see real time results.

Meet Manager will distribute pre-ordered t-shirts. A limited number of additional tees will be available for purchase on-site at an increased price.

There will be an electronic program. Aging out seniors will be recognized.

Prior to departure, please help ensure we leave our team area clean.

Officials & Volunteers: Parents of Divisionals swimmers, please sign up for the jobs IHST is required to fill in SwimTopia by noon Wednesday, as usual.
