IHST parents / guardians, 

With practices starting tomorrow we want to remind you that all practices are in the evening at Lackey High School. 

In addition to that, the 5:30-6:30pm session is expected to be extremely full. We are looking for 15-20 swimmers to move to the later 6:30-7:30pm session until morning sessions open up when school lets out. By that time things should be less hectic, though the 5:30-6:30pm session will still be the most popular. 

If you are able and willing to shift to a different session even after morning sessions open, please work with the coaching staff to make that adjustment.
