I hope this message finds you well. We’re currently finalizing entries for our upcoming Time Trials, and we’ve noticed that we are missing declarations for your swimmer(s).

At this time, we kindly ask that you log in to SwimTopia and declare whether or not your swimmer will be participating in the meet. Even if your swimmer is not attending, we still need you to officially mark them as “Not Attending” to help us plan accurately.

Your prompt response will help ensure we submit accurate entries and avoid any delays or confusion.
