Just a reminder that our home meet against Prince George’s Council #2809 (PGC) is happening tomorrow at IHST! Please see below for important details, timing, and volunteer needs:

MEET DAY SCHEDULE

• 7:00 AM – Arrive
• 7:30–7:50 AM – IHST Warm-Ups
• 8:00–8:20 AM – PGC Warm-Ups
• 8:00 AM – Officials’ & Timers’ Meetings
• 8:25 AM – National Anthem
• 8:30 AM – Meet Start
• 12:00 PM – Meet Concludes

SWIMMER REMINDER

Swimmers should arrive dressed in their competition suits and wearing their IHST swim caps. If your swimmer needs a cap, IHST hats will be available for purchase at the concession stand.

CONCESSION STAND
Our concession stand will be open starting at breakfast, so come hungry and support the team!

VOLUNTEERS NEEDED – Set-Up & Breakdown
We need help to:

• Set up the pool this evening (Friday)
• Break down and pack up after the meet tomorrow

There are still 5 unfilled roles in SwimTopia under “Pool Breakdown & Clean-Up.” Please sign up if you’re able—your support is crucial and very much appreciated!
