We’re thrilled to share some exciting news. Indian Head Swim Team will be hosting the 2025 Charles County Championship Meet! 🎉

Date: Sunday July 13, 2025

Location: McDonough High School-7165 Marshall Corner Rd, Pomfret, MD 20675

This is our first time ever hosting the championships, and it's truly an honor and a big deal for our team. It speaks to the strength, spirit, and growth of our swim family. Let’s come together to make this event a success and one to remember for our swimmers and the entire county!

RSVP Reminder – Deadline is Tomorrow (July 2^nd) at Noon!

As previously shared, we can only enter two swimmers per event, so it’s important that we know who is available to participate. Currently, 60% of the team has not responded. Please take a moment to log into SwimTopia and declare whether or not your swimmer is available for the meet.

Championship Merchandise – Online Pre-Order

Merchandise is now available for pre-order through an online store! Pre-orders close Monday, July 7th at 12:00 noon. A very limited selection will be available on the day of the meet. Please see the attached flyer for store details and the link to shop.

Aging Out Swimmers – We Want to Celebrate You!

If your swimmer is aging out this season, we’d love to spotlight them! Please email a photo and short bio (2–3 sentences) to [email protected]. Deadline for submission is Thursday, July 10^th. If we don’t receive anything, don’t worry—your swimmer will still be recognized by name and number of years with the team.

Paid Program Advertising – Know a small business or want to give a special shout-out? Advertisements will be featured in the official Charles County Championship Meet Program. This is great for celebrating your swimmer or supporting local businesses and side hustles in our community. Ads are due by Thursday, July 10th. See attached for full details and pricing.
