Practice Update for July 4th

Hello IHST Families,
Just a quick reminder that Friday, July 4th is a holiday, but morning practice (7:00–8:00 AM and 8:00–9:00 AM) will still be held at Lackey High School, and all swimmers are welcome to attend!
Evening practice is cancelled.
