Hello IHST Families,

We’re excited to host the Charles County Championship Swim Meet on Sunday, July 13, 2025!

We’d like to clarify an error in our previous communication. While this isn’t Indian Head’s first-ever time hosting, it is our first time hosting since 2019, and we are thrilled to welcome teams back to our pool.

As with any successful meet, we need your help! The volunteer and concession sign-up sheet is now open, and we encourage all families to pitch in where they can.

We’re looking for:

• Timers
• Runners
• Marshals
• Concession helpers
• Parking attendants

We also appreciate any concession item donations to help us fuel swimmers and spectators throughout the day.
