As we gear up for the big championship weekend, here are a few important reminders:

Aging Out Swimmers: If your swimmer is aging out this season, don’t forget to submit your spotlight bio for the championship program! Let’s celebrate their accomplishments and give them the recognition they deserve. Deadline is July 10th. Please send photo and bio to Jo Proctor [email protected].

Championship Ads: Interested in placing an ad in the program? Whether it's a business shoutout or a message to your swimmer, now's the time to lock it in! Deadline is July 10th—don’t miss out! 

Team Photos: We’ll be taking our team photos on Saturday, July 12th, 2025. Please make sure swimmers wear their team shirts so we can show up united and proud!

Shameless Plug Alert: We still need volunteers for Sunday—from concession workers to parking attendants—and we’re counting on your support! Don’t forget to check the signup sheet and claim your spot. Also, please consider donating concession items to help us keep the energy flowing throughout the meet!
