Dear IHST Families,

We know there’s a lot going on right now, and we truly appreciate your patience and continued support as we wrap up the swim season.

The Division C Swim Meet (Divisionals) is scheduled for next Saturday, July 19th. This is a selective meet, similar to the Charles County Championship, and only qualifying swimmers will participate.

In order to finalize selections, we need to know who is available.
Please log into Swimtopia and declare your swimmer's availability no later than this Saturday by 12:00 PM (noon).

Swimmers selected to participate will be announced by Sunday night.

As a reminder:

• Regular season practice concludes tomorrow.
• Only swimmers selected for Divisionals will continue practice next week.
