As our incredible season comes to a close, we are excited to invite you to our End-of-Season Team Banquet! Let’s come together to celebrate our swimmers' hard work, achievements, and team spirit.

Event Details

• Date: Sunday, July 27, 2025
• Time: 5:00 PM
• Location: McDonough High School
• Rain Plan: If inclement weather, we will
  relocate to Lackey High School. We will communicate any location
  changes via email and/or push notification in advance.

What to Bring

• Chairs & Canopies: Please bring your own seating and shade for comfort.
• Potluck Dish or Supplies: This is a potluck-style event, and we kindly ask each family to sign up to bring a side dish or dessert. You may indicate your donation type (food or cash) when you RSVP. Signup is currently open on SwimTopia.

Families Welcome – RSVP Required

• All family members are welcome to attend!
• Please RSVP with the total number of guests in your group so we can plan appropriately for food.

Don’t have time to shop or cook?
Cash donations are welcome as an alternative!

• Suggested donation: $15 per family
• Donations will go toward food, drinks, and supplies
• Deadline for cash donations: Saturday at 8:00 AM (sign-up via SwimTopia)

Business Meeting & Bylaws Review

Our business meeting will follow the awards ceremony. We encourage all parents to review the team’s bylaws ahead of time and bring any questions for discussion. Please see bylkaws and banquet flyer attached to this email.
