Hello Torpedo Families,

The deadline for the McConnell Family IHST Swim Scholarship for swimmers who are graduating seniors is quickly approaching, July 1, 2026! This scholarship is designed to support our swimmers as they transition to the next phase of their lives.

Eligibility Criteria:

• Must have participated in the Indian Head Swim Team for at least two seasons.
• Minimum GPA of 3.0 on a 4.0 scale.
• Demonstrated involvement in community service or volunteer work.
• Submission of one letter of recommendation from a coach or teacher.
• Submission of a 1,000-word minimum essay, painting, drawing, or other forms of artistic talent that depict the impact of swimming on their life and future goals.

Scholarship Details:

• Amount: $500.00
• Deadline: July 1, 2026
• Submission: All applications must be emailed to [email protected] as a Word Document or PDF.
