We’re gearing up for our final dual meet of the season against Prince George’s Parks & Rec (PPR) this Saturday, July 11, 2026.

I’ll be following up soon with everything you need to know before you go—but for now, please take care of today’s action items:

Today's Action Items:

1.Declare your swimmer’s attendance for Saturday’s meet and for Divisionals.

2.Sign up for a volunteer role your family can help with during the meet.

Swimmer sign-ups will close at 12:00 PM on Wednesday. Coach Jo must submit the meet entries on Thursday, and once they’re in, no additional swimmers can be added.

Please be reminded that this is the final week of regular season practice.
