Hello Torpedo Families,

This weekend is our Divisional Swim Meet! Please review the information below carefully and plan to arrive early so everyone is ready for warm-ups and the start of the meet.

Meet Timeline

• Gates Open: 7:00 AM
• Scratch Meeting: 8:00 AM
• IHST Warm-Ups (Lanes 4–6): 8:00–8:20 AM
• Officials, Timers, and Team Marshal Meetings: 8:15 AM
• Meet Starts: 8:30 AM

Please have your swimmer checked in and ready to report for warm-ups on time.

Parking
Parking is available in the pool parking lot on Bethpage Lane. If parking on the street, please park only on the pool side of Bethpage Lane.

Team Area
IHST will be in Team Area #5 (see attached map).

Please bring:

• Chairs
• Pop-up tents or shade
• Refillable water bottles
• Sunscreen and any other items your family may need throughout the morning

Swimmers should remain in the designated team area except when reporting for events, visiting concessions, or using the restroom.

Facility Information

All race starts will take place from the diving well end of the pool.

Spectators are not permitted on the pool deck during the meet.

The pirate ship, playground, and wading pool will be closed during the meet.

Drums and other noisemakers are not permitted.

Please help keep our team area clean by disposing of trash and recycling before leaving.

Concessions
Concessions will be available throughout the meet and will accept both cash and credit cards.

Items available include:

• Coffee
• Bagels
• Donuts
• Yogurt
• Fresh fruit
• Drinks
• Ice cream
• Other assorted snacks
• Chick-fil-A sandwiches
• Possible pizza
