Important All Star Meet Information

We've officially made it to the end of the season. Thank you all for sticking with us until the end. If your swimmer is not swimming for All Stars, feel free to still come out and support our team.

Meet Day Schedule
- 6:30 AM – Parking lot opens
- 7:00 AM – Facility gates open. Coaches, swimmers, and officials may not enter before this time unless otherwise notified.
- 7:45 AM – Coaches Meeting & Scratches
- 8:00 AM – Officials’ Meeting & Timers Meeting
- 8:30 AM – National Anthem & Meet Begins
Upon arrival, each team should send a representative to the Team Check-In Table near the volleyball court to pick up team magnets and bag tags. Note that there will be bag tags and magnets for each swimmer. Each team will also be given two Coaches bag tags. If your team has more than two coaches, you will need to decide amongst yourself who will receive those.
Warm-Up Schedule
- 7:15–7:30 AM – Open Warm-Ups
- 7:30–7:50 AM – Ages 15–18
- 7:50–8:05 AM – Ages 11–12 & 13–14
- 8:05–8:20 AM – 8 & Under & Ages 9–10
Parking
Whitehall has a large parking lot, which will open at 6:30 AM. Once the lot is full, street parking is available throughout the surrounding neighborhood. Please be respectful of thw neighbors and do not block driveways or fire hydrants.
Whitehall is hosting a reserved spot fundraiser raffle. Two parking spots will be raffled off to lucky winners. Get your chance at a prime parking location no matter what time you arrive! Concessions:
Whitehall will have plenty of breakfast, lunch, snacks, drinks, and treats available throughout the meet. Cash and credit cards will be accepted.

All-Star Merchandise
Don’t forget your 2026 All-Star gear! Merchandise will be available for purchase at the meet, including the return of shorts and flannel pants, along with All-Star shirts and swim caps!

Spectator & Facility Reminders
Whitehall offers plenty of shade, but attendees should bring chairs. Tents are welcome in designated grassy areas. No tents or chairs are permitted on the pool deck.
There will be no spectator seating on deck. A designated viewing area will be available for spectators to stand and watch their swimmer’s event. Please rotate in and out of this area after your swimmer competes so other families have the same opportunity. Space will be limited.
With swimmers and families from across PMSL coming together, All-Stars is a large and busy meet. We appreciate everyone’s cooperation, patience, and sportsmanship as we work to make it a great experience for all of our athletes!
